What we collect on this website

• Registry Gap Check form: company name, company website, work email, and your consent to be emailed about the report.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form submission. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for this purpose.
• Rate limiting: we keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to stop repeated submissions. We don't store the IP address itself.
• Analytics: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

How we use it

To prepare and email your Registry Gap Check, and to follow up about it. A person reviews every report before it is sent.

Business contacts from public registries

We email business contacts listed in public state data broker registries about registration and compliance tooling. Every email says where we found the address and how to opt out, and we honor opt-outs permanently.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted from the website's database 30 days after we import them. We keep the request and our correspondence in our outreach records for as long as we're in contact, and delete them on request.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your information. Our providers (Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, and our email provider) process it on our behalf.

Your choices

Opt out of our emails at any time with the link or reply "unsubscribe". To see or delete what we hold about you, email brokershield@parserisk.com.

Our product and your consumers' data

The BrokerShield agent runs on our clients' own machines. Consumer data, hashed identifiers and deletion lists stay there; any hosted part of BrokerShield receives only business metadata (counts, timestamps, Merkle roots), and only if the client opts in.
